二手房地产中介市场是一个非常典型的交易信息不对称市场,而作为中间人的经纪人,较容易就偏向于买卖双方的任何一方,帮助其利用另外一方掌握不到的信息,谋求最大的利益,自己从中也得到好处,或者干脆“两头通吃”。另外一个矛盾在于,经纪人需防止买卖双方私下自行联系交易,而收不到佣金。
The second-hand real estate agency market is a very typical asymmetric trading information market, and as an intermediary broker, it is easier to bias either side of buyers and sellers to help them make use of the other party’s inaccessible information and seek their best interests.
