高缺血红蛋白症在临床上并不罕见。本病的主要特点为突然发作的严重全身性发绀,但在呼吸和循环系统方面并无引起如此重度发绀的疾病,且不经特殊治疗即可迅速恢复常态,鲜有死亡者。本病多发生于儿童。我院小儿科于1951--1957年间,共遇见本病12例,因文献报告不多,故特报告于下,以引起同道之注意。 Hypochromic disease is not clinically rare. This disease is characterized by a sudden onset of severe systemic cyanosis, but does not cause such severe cyanosis in respiratory and circulatory systems and can quickly return to normal without any special treatment, with few deaths. The disease occurs in children.
