某公司制造的一台200MW机组锅炉汽包,在安装现场验收检测时发现汽包裂纹,经分析,裂纹产生的原因是在施焊过程中,焊接预热温度、焊后消氢处理不当导致焊接接头扩散氢未能及时溢出,产生焊接延迟裂纹(属冷裂纹)。针对裂纹产生的机理,本文提出了防止产生焊接延迟裂纹相应措施。
