近年来,我国钻探工作量大部分是在硬岩和较复杂地层中进行的,需要大量采用冲击─回转或回转─冲击钻进技术。为此,特提出一种以动力电池为动力,由冲击驱动器控制直线冲击电机以控制冲锤往返运动,从而进行冲击钻进的新型电动冲击器。并介绍了其结构和工作原理。室内及实钻试验结果表明,该设备冲击功大,冲击频率高,各项性能参数基本满足实际钻探工作的需要。
In recent years, most of China’s drilling workload has been carried out in hard rock and more complicated formations, and a large amount of impact-rotary or rotary-impact drilling techniques are required.
