目的:探究3种不同清洗方法应用在腹腔镜清洗中的清洗及灭菌效果。方法:收集云浮市人民医院2014年12月至2015年12月使用后的腹腔镜手术器械2454件,按清洗方法的不同随机分为A组、B组、C组,A组818件采用加酶超声清洗法清洗,B组中818件采用手工加酶清洗法清洗,C组818件采用常规手工清洗法清洗,清洗效果采用目测检查,3组器械均采用高压蒸汽灭菌器灭菌,灭菌后采用营养琼脂培养法对腹腔镜手术器械进行细菌学检测。结果清洗效果合格率A、B、C 3组分别为100.0%、97.6%、94.0%,A组清洗合格率明显优于B、C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);器械灭菌后,A、B、C 3组细菌学检测合格率依次为100.0%、97.3%、95.1%,A组细菌学检测合格率明显优于B、C组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在不同腹腔镜清洗方法中,加酶超声清洗法具有高合格率,显著提高腹腔镜的清洗质量,还具有高效、快速、简洁的特点。
Objective: To explore the application of three different cleaning methods in laparoscopic cleaning and sterilization. Methods: A total of 2454 laparoscopic instruments were collected from Yunfu People’s Hospital from December 2014 to December 2015. They were randomly divided into A group, B group and C group according to different cleaning methods. A group of 818 cases were treated with enzyme 818 in Group B were cleaned by hand plus enzyme cleaning method, 818 in Group C were cleaned by routine manual cleaning method, and the cleaning effect was visually inspected. The three instruments were sterilized by autoclave and sterilized After the use of nutrient agar culture laparoscopic instruments for bacteriological detection. Results The pass rate of cleaning effect was 100.0%, 97.6% and 94.0% in group A, B and C, respectively. The pass rate of cleaning in group A was obviously better than those in group B and C (P <0.05) The pass rate of bacteriological examination in groups A, B and C was 100.0%, 97.3% and 95.1%, respectively. The pass rate of bacteriological examination in group A was significantly better than that in group B and C (P <0.05) . Conclusion: In different laparoscopic cleaning methods, adding enzyme ultrasonic cleaning method with a high pass rate, significantly improve the quality of laparoscopic cleaning, but also has the characteristics of high efficiency, fast and concise.
