在信息经济和服务经济的时代,图书馆必须引进新的经营管理思想,制定长远的发展战略,以增强自身的竞争能力。服务战略作为一种竞争策略,是图书馆的最佳选择。但是,服务战略的实施涉及图书馆各方面的调整和完善,因此是一个系统工程。可以说,它既是一个严谨的操作过程,又是一个理性和灵感并存的创造过程。
In the era of information economy and service economy, libraries must introduce new management ideas and formulate long-term development strategies to enhance their competitiveness. Service strategy as a competitive strategy is the best choice for the library. However, the implementation of service strategy involves the adjustment and improvement of all aspects of the library and is therefore a systematic project. It can be said that it is both a rigorous process of operation, but also a rational and inspiration of the creative process.
