目的:利用响应面析法对卫矛多酚提取工艺进行优化。方法:在单因素实验基础上,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)实验设计,采用4因素3水平的响应面分析法,获得多元二次线性回归方程,以多酚提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。结果:确定了卫矛多酚最佳工艺条件:乙醇溶度为57%,提取时间为61min,提取温度为85℃,料液比为1∶42。结论:该工艺提取率高、操作简便,可为卫矛多酚的提取生产提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of polyphenols from David spear by using response surface analysis. Methods: Based on the single-factor experiment and the Box-Benhnken experimental design, a four-factor-three response surface analysis method was used to obtain the multiple linear regression equation. The polyphenols extraction rate was used as the response surface And contours. Results: The optimum technological conditions of David Spear polyphenols were determined: the ethanol solubility was 57%, the extraction time was 61 min, the extraction temperature was 85 ℃ and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:42. Conclusion: The extraction rate of the process is high, easy to operate, which can provide reference for the extraction and production of polyphenols from David spears.
