目的观察养血清脑颗粒治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将封丘县人民医院就诊住院的90例后循环缺血性眩晕患者随机分为两组,分别为对照组45例,口服服用阿司匹林肠溶片100mg,1次/d和葛根素注射剂0.4g静滴,每日注射1次;观察组45例,在对照组所治疗的基础上,再服用养血清脑颗粒4.0g,每天3次;两组的观察疗程都为4周,观察两组各自的症状改善程度以及产生的副作用。结果养血清脑颗粒对于治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组的总有效率68.9%,两组的比较具有差异,是有统计学意义的(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床效果显著,具有应用价值。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao Granule in treating ischemic vertigo.
