目的 探讨多焦图形视诱发电位在视野不同区域的分布特性。 方法 用 VERIS Science TM4.0电生理记录系统记录 14例正常人的多焦图形视诱发电位 (visual evoked potential,VEP)。刺激图形为带图形的飞镖盘 ,以伪随机二元 m-系列对 2 6°视野范围的 6 0个不同部位进行图形翻转刺激。电极安放采用枕部的双极记录。分析 2次反应的第 1片。把 6 0个小块的反应组合成不同的区域进行分析比较。 结果 上半视野和下半视野的多焦 VEP反应极性相反 ,上半视野 P1 波潜伏期较长 ,反应密度较低。随离心度增加 ,多焦 VEP反应密度降低。水平区域的多焦 VEP反应与垂直区域有不同。 结论 用多焦 VEP方法可以在短时间内记录到视野范围内多个不同部位的 VEP反应。视野不同区域的多焦 VEP各有其特点。
Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of multifocal pattern visual evoked potentials in different regions of visual fields. Methods Multifocal visual evoked potential (VEP) was recorded in 14 normal subjects with the VERIS Science TM4.0 electrophysiological recording system. The stimulus graphic is a graphically shaped dart board with graphical flipping stimuli in 60 pseudo-random binary m-series on 60 different locations in the 2 6 ° field of view. Electrode placement using the occipital bipolar recording. Analysis of the first two reactions. The 60 small pieces of the reaction combined into different regions for analysis and comparison. Results In the upper half field and the lower field, the polarity of the multifocal VEP reaction was opposite. In the upper half of the field, the latency of P1 wave was longer and the reaction density was lower. With the increase of centrifuge, multifocal VEP reaction density decreased. The multi-focal VEP response in the horizontal zone is different from that in the vertical zone. Conclusions The multifocal VEP method can record the VEP responses at different sites in the visual field in a short period of time. Multi-focal VEP in different areas of vision have their own characteristics.
