How to deal with the relationship between the new and old clubs has become an important issue for joint-stock companies, because it involves the major problems of the healthy and smooth development of joint-stock companies. Our company is using the “three sentences” as a guide to correctly handle new issues. In the relationship between the three parties, some practical and feasible measures were taken: 1. In the personnel arrangement of leading cadres, a method of cross-positioning was adopted. The chairman of the board of directors and the secretary of the Party committee alternately served: the chairman of the board and the deputy secretary of the Party committee, and part-time secretary of the Party committee. The vice chairman, labor union chairman, and secretary of the discipline committee also serve as chairman and vice chairman of the board of supervisors. This personnel arrangement is based on the long-term solidarity of the party, government, and workers of our company.
