在苏联境外长期存在着大大小小、形形色色的政治组织和社会闭体,这些组织和团体的成员大部分是十月革命前后流亡到国外的俄国贵族、军人、反动知识分子及他们的后裔,也有在苏维埃时代逃亡到国外成被驱逐出境的政治犯和持不同政见者。二、三十年代在北京、上海、天津、哈尔滨,以及柏林、维也纳、巴黎和东欧各国都有他们的出版机构。四十年代以后,俄桥组织的出版物集中在纽约、伦敦、巴黎、莱因河畔的法兰克福和慕尼黑,甚至以色列的特拉维夫、丹麦的哥本哈根、瑞士的洛桑、荷兰的阿姆斯特丹等地。
In the long run outside of the Soviet Union there are large and small political and social organizations of all sizes and different kinds. Most of the members of these organizations and organizations are Russian aristocrats, soldiers, reactionary intellectuals and their descendants who went abroad before and after the October Revolution. Political prisoners and dissidents who were exiled to other countries during the Soviet era and were deported. In the 1920s and 1930s their publishing houses were located in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Harbin, Berlin, Vienna, Paris and Eastern European countries. After the 1940s, the publications of the Russian Bridge Organization focused on New York, London, Paris, Frankfurt on the Rhine and Munich, even Israel’s Tel Aviv, Copenhagen, Denmark, Lausanne, Switzerland and Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
