以3个种共13个品种的核桃幼苗为研究对象,对其叶片解剖结构进行了观测和对比,应用变异系数、聚类分析和相关分析筛选出影响抗寒性的主要指标,并采用隶属函数对各品种的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:叶片组织结构疏松度、海绵组织厚度及叶片厚度是影响核桃抗寒性能的主要叶片组织结构指标,13个品种抗寒性能由高到低依次为:“辽核4号”>“温185”>“新新2号”>“西藏核桃”>“铁核桃”>“麦穗虎头”>“云新301”>“云新高原”>“云新306”>“云新云林”>“漾濞泡核桃”>“漾江”>“漾杂1号”。种的抗寒性强弱排序为:普通核桃>麻核桃>深纹核桃。
A total of 13 varieties of walnut seedlings of 3 species were selected as the research objects. The anatomical structures of the leaves were observed and compared. The order of cold resistance is: Normal walnut> Hemp walnut> Deep walnut.
