板坯经立辊轧制后 ,头、尾将出现鱼尾 ,边部将加厚 ,板坯横断面呈现“狗骨”形。其变形比较复杂 ,变形机理研究未见报道。本文采用试塑性法对板坯轧边过程进行了实验研究 ,获得了大量的实验数据 ,根据实验数据对各种变形参数在变形区的分布和金属流动规律进行了研究与探索。分析了产生“狗骨”的影响因素 ,定量地确定内部的变形参数 ,这对实现金属变形的精确控制 ,提高产品精度与质量 ,具有重要的理论意义。
Slab after vertical roll rolling, the head and tail will appear fish tail, the edge will be thickened, slab cross-section presents a “dog bone” shape. The deformation is more complex, deformation mechanism has not been reported. In this paper, the experimental study of the rolling process of slab is carried out by the method of plasticity experiment. A lot of experimental data are obtained. Based on the experimental data, the distribution of various deformation parameters in the deformation zone and the law of metal flow are studied and explored. The factors influencing the production of “dog bone” are analyzed, and the internal deformation parameters are quantitatively determined. This is of great theoretical significance for the precise control of metal deformation and improvement of product accuracy and quality.
