本文研究了高温下 Ni/SiC 复合镀层中 SiC 粒子与 Ni 之间的界面反应。结果表明,温度高于600℃,保温1小时,Ni/SiC 界面反应明显发生。对应于600℃、800℃和1000℃的反应产物分别是 Ni_3Si、Ni_5Si_2和 Ni_2Si。指出了该镀层耐磨性与反应产物存在的间接关系。
In this paper, the interfacial reaction between SiC particles and Ni in Ni / SiC composite coatings at high temperature was studied. The results show that the interface reaction of Ni / SiC occurs obviously when the temperature is higher than 600 ℃ and the temperature is kept for 1 hour. The reaction products corresponding to 600 ° C, 800 ° C and 1000 ° C are respectively Ni_3Si, Ni_5Si_2 and Ni_2Si. The indirect relationship between the wear resistance of the coating and the existence of reaction products is pointed out.
