为了提高全电飞机与多电飞机270V配电系统的智能性与可靠性,设计了一种基于单片机和CPLD的270V/30A高压直流固态功率控制器(solid-state power controller,SSPC)。通过对系统整体结构的分析与详细设计,实现了SSPC的反时限保护功能和短路保护功能。实验证明该方案不仅可以实现各种负载的开通、关断,对短路故障实现快速保护,又可以根据所设定的反时限保护曲线对负载进行准确的过流保护。所设计的270V/30A SSPC为航空配电系统提供了可靠的保护,减轻了配电系统的体积重量,提高了供电系统的可靠性。
In order to improve the intelligence and reliability of 270V power distribution system for all-electric aircraft and multi-aircraft, a 270V / 30A HVDC solid-state power controller (SSPC) based on single chip microcomputer and CPLD is designed. Through the analysis of the overall structure of the system and detailed design to achieve the SSPC inverse time protection and short circuit protection. Experiments show that this scheme can not only realize the opening and shutting down of various loads, but also realize the fast protection against the short circuit fault and the accurate overcurrent protection of the load according to the set inverse time protection curve. The 270V / 30A SSPC is designed to provide reliable protection of the aviation power distribution system, reduce the volume weight of the power distribution system and improve the reliability of the power supply system.
