云南野生和湖北引种鞘蕊苏有效成分含量与其生态环境的相关性研究

目的:比较云南禄劝野生鞘蕊苏生长地与湖北通城鞘蕊苏种植地生态环境的差异,探讨鞘蕊苏有效成分Isoforskolin含量与其生态环境的相关性,以期提高通城种植鞘蕊苏药材有效成分含量。方法:HPLC法测定两地鞘蕊苏中Isoforskolin含量;比较两地植株形态特征;测定两地土壤pH、有机质、总氮、总磷、有效氮与有效磷含量;通过查阅文献与现场调查,综合分析两地生态环境的差异。结果:云南禄劝野生与湖北通城种植鞘蕊苏的生态环境主要差异在于前者土壤贫瘠,营养元素匮乏,pH偏酸性,但Isoforskolin含量较高。结论:为湖北通城引种鞘蕊苏提供实验依据,可望提高该种植药材有效成分含量。 OBJECTIVE: To compare the difference of ecological environment of Coleus macrophylla growing in Luquan, Yunnan and Coleus macrophylla planting in Hubei Tongcheng, and to explore the correlation between the content of Isoforskolin and its ecological environment in Coleus fortunei, Active ingredient content. Methods: The contents of Isoforskolin in Coleus basidiosporus were determined by HPLC. Morphological characteristics of the two plants were compared. The contents of soil pH, organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, available nitrogen and available phosphorus in the two areas were determined. By referring to the literature and field investigation, Analysis of the differences between the two ecological environment. Results: The main difference between the ecological environment of Luquan wild in Yunnan Province and Coleus officinalis in Tongcheng of Hubei Province lies in the poor soil quality, lack of nutrients and acidic pH, but higher Isoforskolin content. Conclusion: The introduction of Coleus in Hubei Tongcheng provide experimental evidence, is expected to increase the content of active ingredients of the planting herbs.
