二维超声心动图(2DE)对左房扩大(LAE)的诊断价值已为临床实践所公认。但心电图(ECG)诊断的标准尚有不同看法。本文试图通过用2DE 检查对63例LAE 患者的ECG 作对照分析。提出对原来ECG 诊断标准的一点看法。材料与方法本文收集1989～1992年间在我院检查的患者,凡以2DE 检查左房内径(LAD)前后径≥35 mm(1)(2),若为35mm 则结合上下径≥50 mm 者视为LAE。同时心电图检查为窦性心律者列入本文分析。
The value of two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) in the diagnosis of left atrium enlargement (LAE) is well recognized in clinical practice. However, there are different opinions on the standard of electrocardiogram (ECG) diagnosis. This article attempts to control the ECG of 63 patients with LAE by 2DE. Put forward some of the original ECG diagnostic criteria. Materials and Methods This article collected from 1989 to 1992 in our hospital during the examination, all with 2DE before and after left atrial diameter (LAD) diameter ≥ 35 mm (1) (2), if the combination of 35mm upper and lower diameter ≥ 50 mm were For LAE. At the same time ECG examination for sinus rhythm were included in this article analysis.
