中毒性肠麻痹来势急迫,施治较为棘手.近年来我们应用自配中药肚脐膏治疗该病,疗效明显,现报告如下.1 临床资料 本组病例为1988年1月～1993年12月我院住院及门诊患儿,共18例.其中男10例,女8例,年龄最小6个月,最大3岁,平均年龄1岁4个月.2 治疗方法 在治疗原发病的同时,运用肚脐膏治疗.肚脐膏组成:冰片0.2～1g,或樟脑3g纱布包置于肚脐;另取葱白30g,田螺30g,淡豆豉30g,鲜车前草30g共捣烂,外敷肚脐,每日1次.
