目的：分析孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德应用于儿童轻中度持续性哮喘治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取我院收治的84例轻中度持续性哮喘患儿，将患儿分为观察组与对照组，每组42例。对照组采用布地奈德气雾剂治疗，观察组在此基础上，采用孟鲁司特钠治疗，对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果血清IgE及嗜酸粒细胞水平低于对照组，治疗总有效率为92.9%，对照组为81.0%，两组对比有差异（0.05）。结论采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童轻中度持续性哮喘，可有效改善患儿的临床症状，安全有效。“,”Objective To analyze the clinical ef ects of Montelukast Combined with budesonide in children with mild to moderate persistent asthma.Methods Randomly selected 84 patients with mild to moderate persistent asthma in our hospital,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide aerosol,on the basis of the observation group,montelukast treatment,clinical ef icacy of the two groups were compared.Results The serum IgE and acidophilic granulocyte levels lower than the control group,the total ef ective rate was 92.9%,the control group was 81.0%,there are dif erences between the two groups of contrast ( <0.05).Conclusion The use of Montelukast Combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with mild to moderate persistent asthma,can ef ectively improve the clinical symptoms in children,safe and ef ective.
