目的比较3.0 T磁共振成像各序列对脑挫裂伤的影像诊断价值,优化磁共振显示脑挫裂伤的最佳序列组合。方法应用磁敏感加权成像(SWI)和T1WI、T2WI及T2WI液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)对28例脑挫裂伤患者进行扫描,分析磁共振不同序列图像的特征,比较检出病灶数目。结果 28例患者中,在T1WI发现病灶15个,T2WI发现病灶59个;FLAIR发现病灶73个,SWI发现112个。结论 SWI对脑挫裂伤有高度的敏感性,有很高的临床应用价值,尤其对临床症状明显而常规序列检查阴性者意义更大,应列为常规序列扫描。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the diagnostic value of 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) sequences for the diagnosis of contusion and laceration of the brain and to optimize the best combination of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for brain contusion and laceration. Methods Magnetic resonance imaging (SWI), T1WI, T2WI and T2WI liquid attenuated inversion recovery sequence (FLAIR) were used to scan 28 patients with brain contusion and laceration. The characteristics of MRI images were analyzed and the number of lesions was compared. Results Of the 28 patients, 15 lesions were found on T1WI and 59 lesions were found on T2WI. There were 73 lesions found on FLAIR and 112 found on SWI. Conclusion SWI is highly sensitive to contusion and laceration of the brain and has high clinical value. It is more meaningful for patients with obvious clinical symptoms and negative for routine sequence examination and should be listed as routine sequence scan.
