黎族民间宗教活动主持人可称为祭司,主要有娘母、鬼公、道公、老人等等名称。当代黎族社会中,村庄中的鬼公和老人最为常见,娘母则主要分布在黎族中心区及其周边;道公则是接受汉族民间道教出现的一种称呼。祭司在为别人举行宗教祭祀仪式时都会收取一定的报酬。黎族祭司所以长期存在,是由于黎族民间宗教信仰至今仍在影响黎族群众的日常生活和祭司们具有的黎族社会仍有需要的多种社会功能决定的。
Li ethnic folk religious activities host can be called a priest, the main mother, ghost male, Tao Gong, the elderly and so on. In the contemporary Li community, ghosts and elders in the villages are the most common, while the motherlies are mainly distributed in and around the Li central area. Dao Gong is a kind of address accepted by the Han folk Taoism. Priests receive certain remuneration for holding religious rituals for others. The long existence of the Li priests is due to the fact that the Li ethnic folk religions still affect the daily life of the Li nationality and the various social functions that the priests still have in their needs.
