大豆系豆科植物大豆(G1ycine maxMerr.)的种子,是非常重要的作物。用于大规模制造食油和加工食品。亦用作药物。最近的研究表明,连续摄取大豆对老年人疾病,如动脉硬化、高脂血症和肥胖似有预防作用。现已从大豆分离出五个葡萄糖醛酸化物皂甙——大豆皂甙(soyasaponin)Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,A_1和A_2。亦已有报道这些皂甙对离体大鼠脂肪细胞脂质代谢的影响,以及临床上用大豆总皂甙(TS)治疗高脂血症和肥胖有效。本文探讨大豆皂甙对内毒素和凝血酶所致大鼠实验播散性血管内凝血(DIC)的保护作用,以及对血小板凝集、纤维蛋白原向纤维蛋白转化和溶解纤维蛋白系统(体外模型)的保护作用。现将结果予以报道。
Soybean seeds are the seeds of legume soybean (G1ycine maxMerr.) and are very important crops. For large-scale production of edible oils and processed foods. Also used as a drug. Recent studies have shown that continuous intake of soybean may have preventive effects on diseases of the elderly such as arteriosclerosis, hyperlipidemia and obesity. Five glucuronide saponins, soyasaponin I, II, III, A_1 and A_2, have been isolated from soybeans. The effects of these saponins on lipid metabolism in isolated rat adipocytes have also been reported, as well as the clinical use of total saponin (TS) for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and obesity. This article explores the protective effect of soya saponin on endotoxin- and thrombin-induced experimental disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) in rats, and on platelet aggregation, fibrinogen-to-fibrin conversion, and fibrinolytic system (in vitro model).
