近两三年来,包钢生产经营面临着煤、电、运、资金全面紧张、外部涨价因素不断增加的严峻挑战。在这种情况下,如何做到靠内功应外变,挖掘企业内部潜力,提高经济效益,是企业面临的一大难题。我们认真学习鞍钢“一体两翼”承包的经验,结合包钢的实际,推行现代化管理承包,收到了较好的效果。1989年全公司实现现代化管理承包效益1057万元,1990年1—9月实现现代化管理承包效益2582万元。事实说明,管理也是生产力,管理大有潜力可挖。
In the past two to three years, Baosteel’s production and operation faced severe challenges of coal, electricity, transportation, and capital, as well as external factors of rising prices. Under such circumstances, it is a major challenge for enterprises to achieve internal changes and change their internal capabilities, tap their internal potential, and increase economic efficiency. We have carefully studied the experience of Anshan Iron & Steel’s “one body and two wings” contracting, combined with the actuality of Baotou Steel, and implemented modern management contracting, which has received good results. In 1989, the company achieved modernization management contracting benefits of 10.57 million yuan. From January to September 1990, modernization management contracting benefit was 25.82 million yuan. The facts show that management is also productivity, and management has great potential to be tapped.
