本文主要就3-氧-去甲基福提霉素A衍生物A49759同福提霉素A、丁胺卡那霉素、艮他霉素、乙基紫苏霉素、紫苏霉素及托普霉素的体外抗菌活性进行了比较。共试验了临床分离到的445株细菌。比较结果认为:A49759对肠杆菌科、不发酵阴性杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌具有活性及杀菌能力。对大多数受试菌来说,A49759的活性优于福提霉素A2~4倍。所有比较的抗生素中,只有A49759和丁胺卡那霉素具有耐大多数氨基糖苷钝化酶的能力,故对绿脓杆菌显示出抗
In this paper, we focused on 3-oxo-demethylfotiamycin A derivatives A49759 with Fullertamycin A, amikacin, gentamicin, ethyl musksomycin, In vitro antibacterial activity of doxorubicin was compared. A total of 445 strains of bacteria were isolated from clinical trials. The results showed that: A49759 has activity and bactericidal activity against Enterobacteriaceae, non-fermentative negative bacilli and Staphylococcus aureus. For most tested bacteria, A49759 is 4 to 4 times more active than doxycycline. Of all the comparative antibiotics, only A49759 and amikacin have the ability to resist most aminoglycoside inactivating enzymes and therefore show resistance to Pseudomonas aeruginosa
