研究了不同成型剂及压制压力水平对Si-Al2O3系陶瓷粉末压制性能的影响.并计算了该粉末的压制性能参数.结果表明,成型剂的添加显著改善了陶瓷粉末的压制性能,同时为Si-Al2O3陶瓷粉末压制压力的选择提供了理论依据.
The effects of different forming agents and pressing pressure on the pressing properties of Si-Al2O3 ceramics were investigated. The pressing performance parameters of the powder were calculated. The results show that the addition of forming agent can significantly improve the compressive properties of ceramic powders and provide theoretical basis for the selection of pressing pressure of Si-Al2O3 ceramic powders.
