目的对CT和MRI技术在鼻咽癌患者诊断中运用效果进行分析。方法选取我院于2014年1月至2016年6月所接收的鼻咽癌患者60例为主要研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,各组30例。实验组使用MRI技术进行诊断,对照组使用CT进行诊断。对比两组患者诊断结果。结果实验组与对照组患者鼻咽癌检出率分别为83.00%、47.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT与MRI技术均能对鼻咽癌患者进行诊断,但MRI技术的检测准确度要高于CT技术,能对病灶更加透彻的检查,帮助医生更快确诊,缩短患者检查时间。
Objective To analyze the effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Sixty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the main study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The experimental group used MRI to diagnose, while the control group used CT to diagnose. Comparison of two groups of patients diagnosis. Results The detection rates of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in experimental group and control group were 83.00% and 47.00% respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Both CT and MRI can diagnose nasopharyngeal carcinoma. However, the accuracy of MRI is higher than that of CT, which can help the doctor to diagnose more quickly and shorten the examination time.
