食品安全违法犯罪频发令人触目惊心,保护“舌尖上的安全”任重道远。近年来我国频频出现的食品安全事件使得以法律手段保护食品安全成为必要的施行和现实情况。食品安全违法犯罪呈现传统与新型手段相交织、网络与物流相结合、局域向全球辐射、个别向多样品种延伸犯罪的发展态势,其频发的主要根源为食品安全意识欠缺、宣传短板、监管缺位、法治滞后、打击疲软等,导致食品安全违法犯罪活动日益猖獗,百姓深受其害。通过食品安全违法犯罪根源透析,全角度审视与完善立法,全覆盖防控与惩治违法犯罪,全方位配合与协作共治,构建我国食品安全违法犯罪的防控规则,从而有效遏制食品安全事件的发生。
