目的探讨CD55、CD59免疫表型与PNH及相关疾病诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法用流式细胞仪检测PNH及相关疾病CD55、CD59免疫表型。结果发现PNH患者血细胞膜表面与糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚连蛋白有关抗原CD55、CD59表达减低或缺乏,再障-PNH综合症CD55、CD59也呈不同程度降低。其它贫血血细胞膜表面CD55、CD59抗原表达正常。结论CD55、CD59GPI锚连蛋白分子表达可做PNH以及再障-PNH综合症诊断和鉴别诊断的最敏感、最准确的检测指标。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CD55, CD59 immunophenotypes and the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PNH and related diseases. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the immunophenotypes of CD55 and CD59 in PNH and related diseases. The results showed that the expression of CD55 and CD59 on the surface of blood cell membrane of PNH patients was decreased or absent, and the levels of CD55 and CD59 in patients with PNH were also decreased to some extent. Other anemic blood cell membrane surface CD55, CD59 antigen expression is normal. Conclusion The expressions of CD55 and CD59GPI ankyrin molecules can be used as the most sensitive and accurate detection index for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PNH and aplastic anemia-PNH syndrome.
