本文针对He-Ne激光管环氧树脂封接的弊病及国内外铟封接的优缺点,提出并论证了在惰性气体环境中的铟封技术方案与实验工艺。实验结果证明本方案对提高He-Ne激光管的寿命是行之有效的。
In this paper, in view of the disadvantages of He-Ne laser tube epoxy sealing and advantages and disadvantages of indium sealing at home and abroad, the scheme and experimental technology of indium sealing in inert gas environment are proposed and demonstrated. Experimental results show that the program to improve the life of He-Ne laser tube is effective.
