一、前言 由于我国钢铁需求量的增多,钢材厂、钢件制品厂、进出口公司等对钢材质量的评定日感重要,例如品种规格鉴别、混料分选、热处理状态评定、硬度或抗拉强度无损检测等。质量不合格的钢材将造成技术上和经济上的损失,对进出口商品还会涉及更多的问题。 钢材质量的电磁感应检测技术在国外已应用多年。是行之有效的无损检测方法之一。以西德Forster研究所报导的检测原理和试验设备,其质量水平已为国外所公认,这表现在几个主要工业国家均备有按相同原理制成的各种电磁分选仪。
