劳动部1994年6月颁布的《液化气体汽车罐车安全监察规程》(以下简称《罐车规程》)自1995年1月1日起实施。在具体执行过程中,发现《罐车规程》中有些条款在内容上不够完善,为此就《罐车规程》中的某些条款提出一些建议性意见。 (1)《罐车规程》中罐车的定期检验周期与罐车的安全状况等级之间的关系。我们认为,全面检验周期应视安全状况等级而定。建议如下: ①凡罐车安全状况等级评定为1级的,则全检周 Ministry of Labor promulgated in June 1994 “liquefied gas tank car safety supervision regulations” (hereinafter referred to as “tanker regulations”) since January 1, 1995 come into operation.
