一、2K60—1型风机的使用情况我矿自1983年使用2K60—1型№18号轴流式风机以来收到良好的经济效益。它与老式70B_2型轴流式风机相比效率较高,利于节能。现场测试该型风机装置效率达80%以上,静压效率达到说明书的要求。该型风机装有消音装置,噪声低,同时装有手动电动返风装置,不需专门返风道,反转即可返风。测试结果表明反风时可达原风量的61%,达到《煤矿安全规程》提出的要求。但该风机在设计上还存在一些问题,例如返风装置操作不够灵活。由于井下空气潮湿,水、煤粉常常粘在机壳上,造成中导叶不能转动。主要原因有二:1.中导叶回转时两端弧线处与机壳间隙太小,转动受到粘结
