为了研制新型热镀锌合金,提高镀层性能,本研究在锌液中加入不同含量的Ti,配制成Zn-0.5Al-x Ti(x=0、0.03%、0.05%、0.07%、0.10%和0.12%,质量分数)合金镀浴,并在低碳钢板上进行了施镀。用光学显微镜、显微硬度计和全浸腐蚀实验对镀层的形貌和性能进行了表征。结果表明,添加适量Ti能有效减少锌灰、浮渣、锌瘤和镀层厚度,提高镀层的表面质量。随着Ti含量增加,镀层表面光洁度先降低后升高,镀层表面晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,镀层显微硬度和腐蚀速率先增加后减小再增加。当Ti含量为0.07%时,镀层的厚度较薄,镀层的光洁度、硬度和耐蚀性较好。
In order to develop a new type of hot-dip galvannealed alloy and improve the properties of the coating, different concentrations of Ti were added into the zinc solution to prepare Zn-0.5Al-xTi (x = 0,0.03%, 0.05%, 0.07%, 0.10% and 0.12%, mass fraction) alloy plating bath and plated on mild steel. The morphology and properties of the coatings were characterized by optical microscope, microhardness tester and immersion etching. The results show that adding proper amount of Ti can effectively reduce the thickness of zinc dust, scum, zinc oxide and coating, and improve the surface quality of the coating. With the increase of Ti content, the surface finish of the coating first decreases and then increases, the grain size of the coating decreases first and then increases, the microhardness and corrosion rate of the coating increase at first and then decrease and then increase. When the content of Ti is 0.07%, the thickness of the coating is thinner, and the finish, hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating are better.
