目的对北京市海淀区2006-2007年流行性感冒(流感)的监测结果进行分析,掌握病毒毒株变异情况,为制定流感防控策略提供有力的科学依据。方法对门诊就诊的流感样病例进行流行病学观察,分离流感病毒进行病原学监测,对暴发疫情进行监测。结果2006-2007年流感样病例占发热门诊及儿内科门诊病例总数的12.63%。1年来共采集流感样病人标本228份,分离出流感病毒株53株,H3N2型42株,占79.25%,H1N1型4例,占7.55%,B型7株,占13.21%。结论2006-2007年度冬季H3N2型为优势株,春季优势株为B型。
Objective To analyze the surveillance results of influenza (influenza) from 2006 to 2007 in Haidian District, Beijing to master the variation of virus strains and provide a scientific basis for the development of influenza prevention and control strategies. Methods Epidemiological observation of outpatient influenza-like cases was carried out, the influenza virus was isolated for etiological monitoring, and the outbreak was monitored. Results The number of influenza-like cases in 2006-2007 accounted for 12.63% of the total number of fever clinics and pediatric outpatients. In the past year, a total of 228 specimens of influenza-like illness were collected. 53 influenza strains, 42 strains of H3N2, accounting for 79.25%, 4 cases of H1N1 (7.55%) and 7 strains of B (13.21%) were collected. Conclusion The winter H3N2 type was the predominant strain in 2006-2007 and the predominant strain was type B in spring.
