主要讨论淀粉基减水剂(ST)的应用性能,研究了ST与市售聚羧酸系减水剂(PCA)、萘系高效减水剂(FDN)、氨基磺酸盐系高效减水剂(ASF)和脂肪族高效减水剂(SAF)的复配性能。试验结果表明:ST能很好地与不同类型减水剂复配使用,有效降低其它减水剂的掺量,同时可解决ST缓凝时间过长问题;与PCA和ASF复配能有效改善混凝土泌水问题;与SAF复配,能解决SAF在混凝土应用过程中有锈色以及外观颜色差的问题。
The application of starch-based water reducing agent (ST) was mainly discussed. The effects of ST and commercial polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCA), naphthalene superplasticizer (FDN), sulfamate superplasticizer (ASF) and aliphatic superplasticizer (SAF) compounding performance. The experimental results show that: ST can be used well with different types of water-reducing admixtures to effectively reduce the dosage of other water-reducing admixtures and solve the problem of ST retardation too long; and the compounding with PCA and ASF can effectively improve the concrete Bleeding problems; and SAF compound, SAF can solve the rust in the application process of concrete and the appearance of poor color issues.
