通过热致相分离法(TIPS)制备了聚碳酸丁二醇酯(PBC)多孔膜,研究了该多孔膜在酸性、碱性、中性条件下以及土壤提取液中的降解性能。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察多孔膜及降解不同时间后的表面形貌;利用红外光谱(FTIR)确认其在不同溶液的降解过程中化学键的断裂情况;采用质量亏损法表征膜材料的降解,考察了PBC多孔膜在碱性、酸性及中性等不同降解环境下的降解速率,以及不同降解时间对降解膜性能的影响。结果表明:PBC多孔膜在0.5 mol/L的碱性溶液中降解性能最佳,降解60天后其质量损失率可达95%。
The porous polybutylene carbonate (PBC) membrane was prepared by thermal induced phase separation (TIPS), and the degradation of the porous membrane under acidic, alkaline, neutral and soil extracts was studied. The morphology of the porous membrane was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and the morphology of the porous membrane was observed after degradation for different time. FTIR was used to confirm the cleavage of the chemical bonds in different solutions. The degradation of membrane material was characterized by mass loss method. The degradation rate of PBC porous membrane under different degradation conditions, such as alkaline, acid and neutral, as well as the effect of different degradation time on the performance of degraded membrane. The results showed that PBC porous membrane had the best degradation performance in 0.5 mol / L alkaline solution, and its mass loss rate reached 95% after 60 days degradation.
