[目的]研究甘露低聚糖(MOS)对小鼠肠道菌群的调节作用。[方法]40只小鼠随机分为空白对照组及MOS大、中、小剂量组。于不同剂量的MOS灌胃10 d前后分别采集小鼠粪便,检查肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌及肠球菌。[结果]MOS中、大剂量组灌胃MOS 10 d前后比较,小鼠肠道内双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量明显增加(P<0.01),肠杆菌、肠球菌数量无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]MOS能有效调节肠道菌群,增殖双歧杆菌及乳杆菌。
[Objective] To study the regulation effect of mannose oligosaccharide (MOS) on intestinal microflora in mice. [Methods] Forty mice were randomly divided into blank control group and MOS large, medium and low dose groups. Mice feces were collected before and after 10 days of different doses of MOS, and the intestinal bifidobacteria, Lactobacillus, Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococci were examined. [Results] Compared with before and after intragastric administration of MOS for 10 days in the MOS medium and high-dose group, the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the intestine of mice was significantly increased (P<0.01), and the number of Enterobacteriaceae and Enterococci was not significantly changed (P>0.05). . [Conclusion] MOS can effectively regulate the intestinal flora, proliferate Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus.
