以广西南宁至柳州成品油输送管道工程红水河穿越段地面管道压力试验为例,分析了油气管道穿越段等地面试压管段出现的稳压期间压力剧烈波动的现象,指出试验压力受试压介质温度变化的影响非常大,而试压介质的温度变化主要受环境温度的影响。分别推导出地面管道进行纯水压力试验和纯气体压力试验过程中管内温度和压力关系的计算公式,剖析了环境温度变化对试验压力的影响规律。针对现行国家标准中穿越段等地面试压管段验收标准关于压力试验要求和验收标准的规定难于操作的问题,提出了具体的修改意见,并对现行试验方法提出了改进建议。
Taking the pressure test of ground pipeline in the section of Hongshui River crossing of Nanning-Liuzhou product pipeline project of Guangxi as an example, the phenomenon that the pressure fluctuates sharply during the steady-state pressure test occurred in the pipeline sections such as oil and gas pipelines is analyzed. It is pointed out that the test pressure The influence of the medium temperature change is very large, while the temperature change of the pressure test medium is mainly influenced by the ambient temperature. The formulas for calculating the relationship between temperature and pressure in pipe during pure water pressure test and pure gas pressure test are deduced respectively. The influence of ambient temperature on test pressure is analyzed. Aiming at the problem that the acceptance criteria for the pressure test and the acceptance criteria of the pressure test section in the current national standard, such as the crossing section of the pipeline, are difficult to operate, specific suggestions for modification are put forward, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
