目的:探讨操作技术量化体系构建在血液采集中的应用与实证研究。方法:本次应用采血岗位已构建的操作技术量化体系,评估员工实际工作能力,在招募环节、体检环节、初步检测环节、血液采集环节工作的人员中分别抽取20人,共80人,按观察组和对照组划分,展开比赛,观察组量化采供血操作技术,对照组常规管理。结果:观察组采血技能平均得分、献血反应处理平均得分、团队礼仪/配合协作技能平均得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组献血后服务对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:量化采供血各环节的操作技术,可使培训员工的效果提高,培训时间缩短,培训成本降低,明显增强了社会效益和技术效益,值得广泛推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application and empirical study of the construction of operational technology quantitative system in blood collection. Methods: The application of blood collection post operation technology has been established to quantify the system to assess the actual work ability of employees in the recruitment, physical examination, the initial testing session, the blood collection part of the staff were drawn 20, a total of 80 people, according to the observation Group and control group division, start the game, the observation group quantitative blood collection and operation techniques, control group routine management. Results: The mean scores of blood sampling skills, average scores of blood donation reaction and team etiquette / cooperation skills in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in blood donation service (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Quantifying the operation techniques in all aspects of blood collection and supply can improve the effectiveness of training staff, shorten the training time and reduce the training cost, which obviously enhances the social and technical benefits and deserves wide application.
