2Cr13不锈钢餐刀在无润滑、无冷却、中温(650～750℃)下辊轧成形。辊轧模具要求具有高的抗压强度、抗弯强度、长时间的抗回火稳定性和热硬度。根据模具工作条件和失效分析结果,我们选用了5Cr4W5Mo2V材料。
2Cr13 stainless steel knives in the non-lubrication, no cooling, the temperature (650 ~ 750 ℃) under the roll forming. Rolling dies are required to have high compressive strength, flexural strength, long-term anti-tempering stability and hot hardness. According to mold working conditions and failure analysis results, we chose the 5Cr4W5Mo2V material.
