本文叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水作流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(238mm),测定了氯硝柳胺原药的含量。结果表明:方法的标准偏差为:0．074;变异系数为:0．075％;平均回收率为:99．68％。线性相关系数为:0.9994。
In this paper, the content of niclosamide was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with external standard method using methanol-water as mobile phase, C18 column and UV detector (238 mm). The results showed that the standard deviation of the method was 0.074; the coefficient of variation was 0.075%; the average recovery was 99.68%. The linear correlation coefficient is 0.9994.
