合成了基于邻羟基苯甲醛的三足配体Tris[(p-hydroxybenzaldehyde)ethyl]amine(L),得到了该配体与汞的配合物,应用单晶X射线衍射技术测定了配体及其汞配合物的结构;应用用紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱和粘度测定研究该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA的作用。结果表明,该配合物与小牛胸腺DNA以插入的方式相结合。
Tris (p-hydroxybenzaldehyde) ethyl] amine (L) based on o-hydroxybenzaldehyde was synthesized and the complex of the ligand with mercury was obtained. The effect of the complex on the DNA of calf thymus was studied by UV absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurement. The results show that the complex binds to calf thymus DNA by insertion.
