本文回顾我科近20年收治的大肠癌病例，发现有86例漏误诊。其中院外65例．院内21例。手术漏误诊28例，院外21例，院内7例。其主要原因是医务人员对大肠癌认识不足，末将其视为常见病，没有很好注意大肠癌与其他疾病的同时存在，忽视直肠指检及必要的特殊检查，对其结果也未很好全面分析，从中可吸取经验教训。
This article reviews the cases of colorectal cancer admitted to our department in the past 20 years and found that 86 cases were missed. Of which 65 cases outside the hospital.
