中国高等医药院校图书馆协会三届四次委员会暨全国医学文献资源共享工作会议于1995年6月20~23日在广州召开,21个委员馆的代表参加了会议。会议由协会主任委员馆协和医科大学图书馆前馆长陆如山教授主持。中山医科大学党委卓大宏书记、许发茂副校长参加并讲了话。 吴子钧秘书长向大会作1994年协会工作总结报告,汇报了三届三次委员会议以来协会和全国医学文献资源共享网络重点工作进展情况,并对1995~1996年协会的重点工作提出意见。 六大区中心馆和专题工作组组长单位分别就几个专题工作进行了汇报和交流。 协会主任委员馆协和医科大学图书馆蔡汾岚副馆长对进一步发挥协会作用和九五期间基础工作的重点提出建议并进行了说明。 会议对召开“图协”第四次全体大会及章程修改、机构改选等有关问题进行了讨沦。初步商定1996午10月在上海召开第四次全体大会。代表们对接纳香港大学医学图书馆及香港中文大学图书馆为本协会会员馆及邀请外籍专家参加明年
The Fourth Session of the Third Academic Committee of China Association of Higher Education Library Association and the National Work Conference on Sharing Medical Literature Resources were held in Guangzhou from June 20 to June 23, 1995. Representatives of 21 committee members attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Professor Lu Rushan, former director of the association’s association committee and the medical university library. Sun Yat-sen University party secretary Zhuo macro, Xu hair Mao, vice president attended and spoke. Secretary-General Wu Zijun made a summary report on the work of the Association in 1994 to the General Assembly, reported on the progress of the key work of the association and the national network of medical literature resource sharing since the Third Committee of the Third Session, and put forward opinions on the key work of the Association from 1995 to 1996. The six regional center pavilion and the special working group leader units respectively reported and exchanged on several special topics. Associate Director of the Association Associate Professor Cai Fenlan, Library of the Medical and Peking University Library, made suggestions and further explained the important role of the association and the basic work during the Ninth Five-year Plan period. The meeting held a discussion on issues related to the convening of the Fourth Plenary Session of the “Figure Association”, the revision of the constitution, and the re-election of institutions. It is tentatively agreed that the fourth plenary meeting will be held in Shanghai in October 1996. Delegates accepted the library of the University of Hong Kong Medical Library and the Chinese University of Hong Kong as members of the Association and invited foreign experts to participate next year
