针对现有煤矿带式输送机驱动系统与缓冲装置的不足,提出了使用变频器与缓冲槽装置代替液力耦合器与缓冲托辊的改造方案,讨论了方案的关键技术、实现方法与设备的选型,改造后系统与装置对提高带式输送机的稳定可靠运行取得良好效果。
Aiming at the deficiency of existing drive system and buffer device of belt conveyer in coal mine, an improved scheme of using frequency converter and buffer tank device instead of hydrodynamic coupling and buffer roller is proposed. The key technologies of the scheme, the method and the equipment Selection, transformation of the system and device to improve the stability and reliable operation of the belt conveyor and achieved good results.
