诱导型血红素氧合酶1与多种应激相关性疾病发生密切相关,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗细胞增殖及抗细胞凋亡作用。目前诱导型血红素氧合酶1在各种疾病中研究颇多,且在一些癌基因及其产物诱导的转化细胞核以及许多肿瘤细胞中表达增高。血红素氧合酶与消化系统肿瘤的发生和发展有密切的关系,成为肿瘤筛查、诊断、评价预后及治疗的有效指标。
Inducible heme oxygenase 1 and a variety of stress-related diseases are closely related, with anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-cell proliferation and anti-apoptotic effect. Currently, the inducible heme oxygenase 1 has been extensively studied in various diseases and has been shown to be up-regulated in some of the oncogenes and their product-induced transformed nuclei and many tumor cells. Heme oxygenase and the occurrence and development of digestive system tumors are closely related, as cancer screening, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of effective indicators.
