目前,国内许多老管道普遍存在着老化、腐蚀、事故频发等问题,严重影响着输油(气)生产的安全,急需开展管道的检测评价工作。为避免以往检测的盲目性、无序性、投入大、准确性低等弊端,提出了建立在风险分析基础之上的管道检测(RBI)与评价方法。比较分析了国内外管道无损检测技术的现状和最新进展,介绍了国内外管道检测标准的制订情况,提出了对检测结果进行评价的方法和目前的研究重点及发展趋势。 At present, many old domestic pipelines generally have problems of aging, corrosion and frequent accidents, which seriously affect the safety of oil and gas production and urgently require the testing and evaluation of pipelines. In order to avoid the defects of blindness, randomness, large investment and low accuracy of the previous detection, a pipeline inspection (RBI) and evaluation method based on risk analysis are proposed. The status quo and latest progress of pipeline non-destructive testing technology both at home and abroad are analyzed and compared. The development of pipeline testing standards at home and abroad is introduced. The evaluation methods of test results and the current research focuses and development trends are also proposed.
