石泉水电站大坝加固是根据石泉水电站第一次大坝安全定期检查结果提出的。大坝加固工程设计曾比较了3种方案,最终经技术经济比较采用了预应力加固方案。加固锚束布置在左、右岸非溢流坝段,在约90m的范围内,共计有30束,其中29束单孔张拉吨位为5884kN,一束单孔张拉吨位为7840kN。实践表明,石泉大坝采用大吨位预锚加固方案有明显的优越性,而且是成功的。8000kN级预锚实践的成功给扩大预应力锚固技术的应用和发展提供了有利的条件。
The dam reinforcement of Shiquan Hydropower Station is based on the results of the first periodic dam safety inspection of Shiquan Hydropower Station. Dam reinforcement project design has compared three kinds of programs, and ultimately by the technical and economical comparison of prestressed reinforcement program. Reinforced anchor bundles are arranged on the left and right bank non-overflow dam sections. Within a range of about 90m, there are 30 bundles in total. Among them, 29 single-hole tensioned tonnages are 5884kN and single-hole tensioned tonnage is 7840kN. Practice shows that Shiquan dam using large tonnage pre-anchor reinforcement program has obvious advantages, and is successful. The success of 8000kN pre-anchor practice provides favorable conditions for expanding the application and development of prestressed anchoring technology.
