目的观察健康者心电图QRS波振幅在记录状态和记录时间变化时的特点。方法100名医学生用同一个仪器和在同一测试环境下记录3次心电图。第1次(组1)2周后记录第2次(组2),均为静息心电图。第2次(组2)2周后记录第3次(组3),为运动后心电图。对组1与组2、组3与组2、组3与组1之间的心率,QRS波振幅的胸导合值、∑QRS进行比较。结果组1与组2之间心率有差异(p<0.05),胸导合值、∑QRS无差异。组3与组1、组3与组2之间的心率有差异(p<0.05),胸导合值、∑QRS无差异。结论健康者用同一个仪器、在同一测试环境下,描记时间不同、运动后与静息不同状态时心率可有差异性变化,但胸导合值、∑QRS无差异性变化。
Objective To observe the characteristics of electrocardiogram (ECG) QRS wave amplitude of healthy people in the recording state and recording time. Methods 100 medical students recorded the electrocardiogram three times with the same instrument and in the same test environment. The first (group 1) 2 weeks after the second record (group 2), are resting ECG. The second (group 2) record the third after 2 weeks (group 3) as the electrocardiogram after exercise. The heart rate, the thoracic conductance values of QRS wave amplitudes, ΣQRS were compared between groups 1 and 2, groups 3 and 2, groups 3 and 1. Results There was a difference in heart rate between group 1 and group 2 (p <0.05), and there was no difference in the value of chest conduction and ΣQRS. Group 3 and group 1, group 3 and group 2 heart rate difference (p <0.05), chest lead value, ΣQRS no difference. Conclusion In the same test environment, the healthy subjects have different time of tracing under the same test conditions. The heart rate may vary with different state after exercise and rest. However, there is no difference in the value of the chest conduction and ΣQRS.
