设计了一种机械式脉动发生器 ,挂接在接箍上 ,利用注水泥过程中液体在装置上的压力降实现能量转换 ,将液体的动能转化为压力脉动 ,流场扰动 ,声波场等。这些能量场在液体中传递并衰减 ,就造成了井下流场和流态的变化 ,改善了驱替效果。并在实验室对其脉动效果进行了室内实验 ,采用压力传感器和数据采集系统测试了轴心动压力 ,利用信号分析软件对采集到的数据进行了波形分析和频谱分析 ,试验结果表明 ,机械式脉动发生器的脉动效果是显著的
A mechanical pulsation generator is designed, which is attached to the coupling. Energy conversion is realized by the pressure drop of the liquid in the cement injection process, and the kinetic energy of the liquid is transformed into pressure pulsation, flow disturbance and sound wave field. These energy fields are transmitted and attenuated in the liquid, causing changes in the flow field and flow regime in the downhole and improving the displacement effect. The laboratory experiments were carried out on the pulsation effect. The dynamic pressure of the shaft was measured by pressure sensor and data acquisition system. The waveform analysis and spectrum analysis of the collected data were carried out by signal analysis software.
